MARIE RAINES, ACC

Greetings! I'm Marie Raines, an ICF Executive Coach and seasoned Leadership Consultant, bringing over 35 years of rich experience in management and leadership. My professional journey began at EDS, where I started as a Systems Engineer and gradually assumed multiple leadership roles.

Career Highlights: In my final assignment at EDS, I played a pivotal role in conceiving, designing, developing, and implementing the Talent Management segment within the comprehensive Human Resources Outsourcing solution at ExcellerateHRO. This groundbreaking joint venture between EDS and Towers Perrin was rooted in best practices in Human Resources.

Post-Retirement Ventures: After retiring from EDS, I dedicated a decade as the Director of Corporate Education at the University of Texas at Dallas. Collaborating with corporations and organizations, I identified leadership gaps and crafted interactive, engaging learning experiences to bridge those gaps. These programs, ranging from in-person to virtual experiences, often included individual and group coaching strategies.

Education and Expertise: A proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, my insatiable thirst for learning, coupled with decades of professional experience, forms the bedrock for designing high-potential leadership development programs. My ability to recognize talent in others fuels my commitment to coaching that accelerates leaders' potential to be their best.

RANDY RAINES

Randy Raines is an experienced, internationally recognized leadership expert, an executive, consultant, executive coach, thought leader, speaker and facilitator, with a proven track record of driving and meeting strategic targets, developing and strengthening leaders and organizations, and providing world class mentoring, coaching and advising.
Formerly, Randy Raines served as Vice President of Federal Programs at Heritage Health Solutions. In this role, he led the Program Management Team and the Customer Care Center, all of which provided dedicated support to the Veterans Administration and United States Marshals Service. Prior to joining Heritage Health, Randy spent over 22 years with EDS Corporation. His varied roles at EDS included: Manager, University Programs; Sales Executive; Business Planning Consultant; Senior Executive Development Specialist and Executive Recruiter. Randy served 11 years on active duty with U.S. Army earning the rank of Major and was privileged to command a Special Forces A-Team.
Randy earned a Master of Arts in Management & Supervision from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Chapman University. He is a graduate of the MIT Organizational Learning Center’s Leading Learning Communities program and completed his coach training with International Coaching Federation’s Coach Academy International. Randy has been a member of the Society for Organizational Learning and the International Coaching Federation.
