SERVICES
Executive Coaching
For leaders at the Executive level we partner with each executive to provide individualized coaching designed specifically for their needs. This may include assessments and interviews if desired to identify strengths and opportunities. The coachee's goals drive the coaching experience.
Team Coaching
Team Coaching is best for intact teams that have a shared goal. The coaching process is a co-creative and reflective process between the coach and team members. The goal of team coaching is to inspire the team to reach their shared goals and maximize their potential.
Group Coaching
Group Coaching is a coaching conversation that takes place in a small group setting or via Zoom. The groups are 5 to 15 individuals that share common goals. The focus is on personal growth and skill development for each individual in the group. Our coaches bring coaching skills to the group session, helping them use their collective wisdom to create action and accountability.
Customized Leadership Development Programs
Leadership Development programs are based on a needs assessment with the organization to determine what learning goals are a priority. We design, develop and deliver these programs using interactive learning strategies to tie the learning to real work practices. When appropriate we include surround strategies to check in after the learning experience, individual and group coaching and assessments.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching applies the coaching process to help leaders improve their skills, performance and self awareness. Through coaching sessions the leaders achieve their personal and professional goals and maximize the organization's success.
Leadership Development Consulting
Our leadership consultants have a wealth of experience in leadership development strategies from a global perspective. We can provide needs assessments to clarify priorities and design leadership development strategies to close the gaps. We strive to build long term partnerships with our clients.

Marie Raines, ICF Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, leverages 40+ years of leadership expertise. From EDS leadership to directing corporate education at UT Dallas, Marie had created innovative programs to increase personal and business success. A UT Austin graduate, she founded Raines Coaching and Consulting to maximize organizational potential.
Marie is an ACC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She leverages her extensive knowledge and practical insights to empower leaders. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering self-discovery, unlocking potential, and guiding individuals toward transformative growth.

My professional journey began at EDS, where I started as a Systems Engineer and gradually assumed multiple leadership roles. Career Highlights: In my final assignment at EDS, I played a pivotal role in conceiving, designing, developing, and implementing the Talent Management segment within the comprehensive Human Resources Outsourcing solution at ExcellerateHRO. This groundbreaking joint venture between EDS and Towers Perrin was rooted in best practices in Human Resources. Post-Retirement Ventures: After retiring from EDS, I dedicated a decade as the Director of Corporate Education at the University of Texas at Dallas. Collaborating with corporations and organizations, I identified leadership gaps and crafted interactive, engaging learning experiences to bridge those gaps. These programs, ranging from in-person to virtual experiences, often included individual and group coaching strategies. Education and Expertise: A proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, my insatiable thirst for learning, coupled with decades of professional experience, forms the bedrock for designing high-potential leadership development programs. My ability to recognize talent in others fuels my commitment to coaching that accelerates leaders' potential to be their best. Randy Raines
Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach
Randy Raines is an experienced, internationally recognized leadership expert, an executive, consultant, executive coach, thought leader, speaker and facilitator, with a proven track record of driving and meeting strategic targets, developing and strengthening leaders and organizations, and providing world class mentoring, coaching and advising.
Formerly, Randy Raines served as Vice President of Federal Programs at Heritage Health Solutions. In this role, he led the Program Management Team and the Customer Care Center, all of which provided dedicated support to the Veterans Administration and United States Marshals Service. Prior to joining Heritage Health, Randy spent over 22 years with EDS Corporation. His varied roles at EDS included: Manager, University Programs; Sales Executive; Business Planning Consultant; Senior Executive Development Specialist and Executive Recruiter. Randy served 11 years on active duty with U.S. Army earning the rank of Major and was privileged to command a Special Forces A-Team.
Randy earned a Master of Arts in Management & Supervision from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Chapman University. He is a graduate of the MIT Organizational Learning Center’s Leading Learning Communities program and completed his coach training with International Coaching Federation’s Coach Academy International. Randy has been a member of the Society for Organizational Learning and the International Coaching Federation.
